My name is Zach, and I have been operating my simple solo lawn care business full-time here in Texas for the past 5 years!

I was working as a server throughout college, and to be honest- I never really even wanted to go to college. My parents didn't finish themselves, so they wanted me to be the first to get a degree. I half-heartedly finished school, and when I did get my bachelors- I realized it was time to get an "awesome" 9-5 like everyone around me was doing.

After my first 9-5 job (staffing agency) interview, I quickly realized that sitting in a cubicle surrounded by people I did not want to be around, all while making someone ELSE money on top of my head... was not for me.

I had mowed yards when I was a teenager (as most average boys growing up had), and back then when you’re 16 you don’t like the work lol. Bur when I had turned 22 and just finished college, I had already worked enough part time jobs and done enough career job interviews to realize that there was no way in hell that I could get excited to call another person "boss" every single day for the rest of my life. I knew I had to learn how to make my my own money, on my own schedule, while being able to work on something everyday that excites me.

I had the basic tools in my garage and I knew how to mow a yard... so one day while sitting at the table of my restaurant job on a slow weekday afternoon, I said to myself- why don't I make some flyers and post some lawn care ads to see if I can make some quick money mowing yards...

And now the rest is history 😎 Starting my business completely changed my life out finally putting me in control of my income & schedule- all while allowing me to spend time outdoors & working with my hands. If you want to spend your time doing the same, let’s make it happen!

Around 99% of my customers pay online, so I simply slice through all of my routes each day without having to stop or talk to anyone. If you choose to have a helper- then that will be the only person you talk to! I like keeping to myself, and I like working at my own pace so I choose to mainly work solo.

• I have 40~ paying customers that all have a small, equal stake in my income- vs one hourly/salary job. If a customer lets me go- I have 39 other customers still paying me + 1000's of surrounding houses to replace that customer with!

From all the people I have talked to thus far, I think many people might be severely underestimating how powerful we really are. The main thing I get from people is that they are working 40+ hours a week, miserable at their current jobs- and they worry if they can really make their lawn care business takeoff enough to make a living with it.

I always say the same thing...
