Work Outdoors, Be Your Own Boss, & Live a Great Life!
Learn how to build a $5k+/month recurring customer list & make a full-time living mowing yards!
Build My Lawn Care Business TodayI know what it's like to be getting paid an hourly wage of peanuts in comparison to how much money your boss/the company you work for is making off your head. There is nothing wrong with having a job- but there IS something wrong with settling for a job when you know that you have the ability to run your own operation with the gifts & tools God has given you!
If you're a man and your healthy, have 2 working legs, and 2 working arms, (and your reading this far into my page), then I would be willing to bet that you're more fit to be working outdoors with your own 2 hands- rather than inside a room staring at a computer screen or inside a building taking orders from someone called your superior. This is partly in reason why I chose & stuck with my lawn care business: because I would rather only be drained PHYSICALLY after a long day of mowing yards, rather than to be drained MENTALLY where I feel like overwhelmed/anxious/worried about what I'm doing now, what I should be doing now, what I could be doing now, etc.
Instead of looking for a "dream job" or "following my passion" - I followed suit and learned from my parents who had run a full landscaping and tree trimming business their whole life: Do the un-sexy, "dull" work, but make the VERY sexy, and EXCITING (life-changing) money from it! Think about plumbers for example, EVERYONE will pay top dollar for a warm shower and a working toilet. Plumbing, landscaping, home remodeling, carpet cleaning, tree trimming, auto detailing, MOWING YARDS, etc. 😎 Lawn care is nothing new and no secret... it's just what I like to do. So I picked it and stuck with it. Now look at the blessings that can come from making a decision and sticking to it ✌🏼 You can do this too!
The BENEFITS of Running Your Own Lawn Care Business:
- You Get PAID To Be HEALTHY (You get paid to walk 10-20k steps a day)
- You CONTROL Your SCHEDULE (once you take on a new customer, YOU let them know their regular mowing days/schedule)
- You CONTROL Your INCOME (want to give yourself a raise this month? Take on 5-10 new customers! Want to consistently make $5,000~/month? Work up to 40-50 recurring customers! You control EVERY lever)
- You are MOBILE and Get To EXPLORE Your City Each Day (forget sitting under fluorescent lighting giving your self future Scoliosis from over-slouching in your chair waiting for the clock to move, and see parts of your city you didn't even know existed)
- You Spend Time in NATURE For a LIVING (99% of the time where do people go for vacation? They want nature! Sure it's only a front/back yard... but it has all the same components we seek to feel good/like a human. Trees, grass, shade, flowers, bugs, etc- nature is nature yo)
- You Get To PICK Your Customers (never work for a d*** ever again- and drop them like a fly as soon as you feel the need to! Take your time to create the PERFECT customer list!)
- You Get To PICK Your CO-WORKERS (never with with a lazy, drunk, or spaced-out/not-on-the-same-level person ever again. Or even better- just work solo!)
- You Have 40-50 INCOME STREAMS Coming In vs. 1 SINGLE STREAM From a JOB (I know the argument- well what if I break my legs and can't work anymore? Well, I would still rather work until my legs don't work and keep these 40-50 income streams pumping in money for as long as possible vs. just blindly working 1 job that I'm not that crazy about. I'm not a gambling man (anymore), but I'll take the risk and roll the dice... won't you do the same for yourself?

You Do NOT Need A Brick & Mortar Storefront (you can operate out of your home with only a vehicle and your lawn equipment! You're always mobile & light on your feet)
You're Either Building Your Dream Business- or Helping Someone Build Theirs
We all start somewhere! But- where we are now DOES NOT dictate where we will be in the future. If you're happy with the way your life is right now- then make no changes and continue sailing forward! There is a season to work, and a season to rest and enjoy the fruits of our labor. BUT- if you want change, then you need to MAKE change happen. Insanity = doing the same thing over & over while expecting a different result. Just open your damn business already, because your competition isn't going to wait for you to do so 👀
Let's Do This! After the first year of starting my Youtube channel- I immediately began getting flooded with comments, emails, and questions asking how I did marketing/how I quoted my yards/how I registered my business/how I did THIS/how I did THAT/etc....
After replying to the same questions, over & over again- I took the time to build my complete solo lawn care business guide- so that I could show others how to build a legal, profitable, and POWERFUL lawn care business- from scratch! Starting with your very 1st customer and scaling up from there. Over the years I've had the pleasure of watching so many of my students grow their own empires across the states- some even trumping me and going into bigger projects/jobs than I ever did. I'm happy and humble to let my students beat me- I'm not young but I'm not old either- it's just hard to compete with a 22 year old who knows everything that I do 😁 Here are a few of the results from following the guide!

My name is Zachary Junier, and for the past 5+ years i've built and operated my lawn care business down in San Antonio, Texas. I'm an only child, have always been a bit of an introvert, and always just wanted the freedom to create my own schedule and make the money I felt like I deserved. I wasn't trying to make millions a year, instead I just wanted a business that I could run it flexibly, choose the customers that I would work with, and get paid either a large amounts or at least some form of recurring payment to make it stable.
I tried many different ways to make a living, some getting farther than others, yet all sort of random with none really "sticking." Working jobs from retail, restaurant, to odd labor, to my own
"business ideas" going from blog writing, buying & selling off used items, (and most recently before lawn care) even freelance personal fitness training either outside at a park, or at their apartment gym/a commercial gym (sorry Gold's & Planet Fitness)
What made lawn care work- again is not that it was some magical secret that I had not known about- it's just that it's the first time truly focused myself to a specific business goal, and made it a key point to be down & ready for the first grueling years of learning everything the hard way- but eventually getting to where the money was coming in the FASTEST I had ever seen, while also having my first somewhat stable recurring monthly revenue from all these awesome lawn care customers. Money is not everything and it should not be our main motivator- a job well done is a much better target to aim for. So if you're looking to learn how a job well done can create a simple, full-time living for yourself and those around you, then look no further because the lawn care fairy has just 👋 *smacked* you in the face 😁

P.S. - Just Remember This
You woke up today, you are breathing, you have a purpose on this Earth. And that purpose is not some far-fetched/philosophical Rubiks cube that you can't solve right now. Your purpose as a man is to provide for your family and those around you- point blank. Whether you sell ice cream, mow yards, or design fancy shoes... we are all coming home at night after work to the same blessings, problems, and experiences. So just take it from me- quit overtly soul-searching and smoking blunt after blunt on the patio in the rain trying to look cool, and just help me make this Earth a prettier place by helping me take care of these yards. Because I'm outnumbered, I can only handle 50-60 customers as my max. I think there's 7 million houses in my city. How many are in yours? 😁
